JUST ANOTHER REASON TO CHOOSE THE CLASSIC

Over the years we’ve had some great guest speakers at the banquet. Former NHL Players such as Vernon’s own Brent Gilchrist, Cliff Ronning, Mike Gartner, Lanny MacDonald, Dean McAmmond, Aaron Volpatti, Eric Godard, and Jerred Smithson.

These speakers have been truly inspiring for the kids during this tournament and the rest of their hockey careers.

Banquet starts @ 6:00pm on the Saturday

A GREAT EXPERIENCE

The banquet has been one of the top memories for kids throughout the years. There’s something about seeing and hearing from someone that has been through the same situations as you, especially if they’ve been in the big leagues. During the banquet, kids have dinner, speeches & awards are given and the final games home vs. away are decided by a coin toss from the captains.
